Family Lawyer

ALS are hiring on behalf of a fantastic Private Practice Law Firm in central Portsmouth for an experienced Family Lawyer or Legal Executive.

The Firm are a well established and highly respected firm with a great reputation in the community.

They have a thriving portfolio of Family Law cases and are keen to grow the team, and are looking for the right person to assist with driving the Family Law Team forward.

The Role:

The day to day duties will be handling a range of Family Law matters including, Matrimonial, Ancillary Relief, Divorce, Separation Agreements and Children Matters.

• Advising clients on all family matters and undertaking fixed fee interviews.
• Attending clients at the office undertaking fixed fee interviews
• Attending Court when necessary
• Be able to handle matters with minimal supervision in an efficient way

Ideally you will possess the following skills/qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year Post Admission
• Experience of working in a Family Law Team
