Property Manager

We're seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Portsmouth based client's team!

You will be managing a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties along the South Coast.

This role is perfect for a Property Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering a great service!

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage property finances and budgets.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and leaseholders.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance and contractor services.
• Prepare reports and attend key meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential and mixed-use property management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of building maintenance and legislation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
