Konnect Recruit are recruiting for a high end reputable regional main contractor based around the Portsmouth area who specialise in high end residential house building and also branch out into high quality commerical developments

• Overseeing high-end residential and commercial projects from start to finish
• Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring projects meet contractual requirements, timelines, and budgets
• Maintaining strong client relationships and handling project reporting
• Problem-solving and mitigating project risks
• Driving performance and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in high-end residential and commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
