Contract Manager - Building Services

My client is a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor who provides both building maintenance and industrial maintenance services across the UK and Europe.

They are looking for a Contract Manager who possesses excellent building services engineering project and contract management ability to run commercial contracts around Hampshire

This position will be supported by a Technical Manager plus a commercial support team including projects, finance, administration and purchasing

This role is suitable for contract managers and client-facing project managers, service managers, facilities managers or engineering managers

Requirements:

Formal engineering qualifications are essential

Experience in managing industrial, HVAC or building services engineering maintenance contracts

Used to taking responsibility for overall profit and loss

Experience in successfully managing key performance indicators

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, analysing data and producing regular reports

Confident in a client-facing role. Although office based, you will be providing reports and meeting on occasion to discuss service-level agreements

Package:

Salary around 60,000 depending on experience

Car or car allowance

Office-based role from Portsmouth Head Office
