Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 25, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive sales, maximize revenue, and enhance the guest experience.
- Bring new ideas to the business, from menu innovations to marketing initiatives
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
- Play a key role in the expansion of the brand, including involvement in the planning and execution of new site openings.

- Proven experience as a General Manager or a strong Assistant General Manager.
