Site Manager

My client is looking to recruit a no2 Site Manager to run a school refurbishment project scheme which comprises alterations to the school, formation of additional car parking spaces, cycle stores, provision of external lighting and associated works. This project also includes associated infrastructure works. This is for a regional main contractor based in Southampton, Hampshire for a 8 week contract on a freelance basis.

About the Company/Client/Project:

My client is a multi-disciplined main contractor on the South Coast, specialising in projects from the following sectors:

• Housing
• Local Government
• Education
• Health
• Commercial and Retail

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Candidates must have worked for a main contractor in the past and be able to display a hands on approach and is locally based to Portsmouth.

Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS (Black Managers card or White qualified card) and First Aid.

Candidates must have a solid work history as a no2 site manager who has a proven track record of running a project from start to finish.
