Xec-t consultancy is pleased to working with an excellent firm in Hampshire seeking a Paralegal to join their friendly team.
Purpose:
To engage in fee-generating activities and contribute to the profitability of the department, aligning with the Firm's Strategic Business Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients and manage their legal matters effectively.
- Support colleagues with their fee-earning tasks, particularly during their absence.
- Assist in training Legal Administrators.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their cases.
- Address client queries and concerns related to their matters.
- Draft, revise, and finalize legal documents and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients and other professionals as needed.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Adhere to Money Laundering Regulations and other relevant legislation.
- Ensure compliance with the Firm’s internal policies, procedures, and controls.
- Participate in training sessions organized by the Firm.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in client relationship management.
- Ability to independently handle a caseload.
- Proficient secretarial skills.
- Sound commercial awareness.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to the role and responsibilities.
