Aftersales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a fast-paced dealership in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Service and Parts departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Setting, managing, and exceeding performance targets, aligning with business goals and fostering individual and departmental success
• Ensuring all processes and procedures adhere to company standards and industry best practices
• Reporting to the Head of Business, taking full P&L responsibility for the Aftersales division and contributing to the overall business strategy
• Developing and implementing targeted campaigns to capitalise on commercial opportunities within specific market sectors

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in Aftersales management within a car dealership environment
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive high levels of performance
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, leading by example
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on enhancing efficiency and customer experience

What's on Offer:

A competitive salary of 60,000 per annum with an OTE of 80,000
