  • Review material certifications to ensure compliance with specifications and perform non-destructive testing and examinations.
  • Oversee seal assembly inspections throughout the manufacturing process and before packaging.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and dimensional reports, to meet customer contract requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns of recurring issues, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Engage in the resolution of internal and external quality issues.
  • Support investigations into customer complaints, warranty claims, and internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
  • Conduct internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with quality planning activities for product and project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to local statutory and regulatory Health & Safety requirements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a related role, in a Mechanical orientated field.
  • Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and process improvement expertise.
  • Experience in working within highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis, 8D, and FMEA.
