- Review material certifications to ensure compliance with specifications and perform non-destructive testing and examinations.
- Oversee seal assembly inspections throughout the manufacturing process and before packaging.
- Prepare detailed reports, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and dimensional reports, to meet customer contract requirements.
- Analyze data to identify patterns of recurring issues, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Engage in the resolution of internal and external quality issues.
- Support investigations into customer complaints, warranty claims, and internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Conduct internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with quality planning activities for product and project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to local statutory and regulatory Health & Safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a related role, in a Mechanical orientated field.
- Proficiency with ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication, technical writing, and process improvement expertise.
- Experience in working within highly regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools and methodologies, such as root cause analysis, 8D, and FMEA.
