Part Qualified Semi - Senior/Senior Accountant

Our clients a friendly, well established accountancy practice, are expanding and now seeking to appoint a Semi-Senior/Senior accountant to the team.

Duties:

• Preparation, review and submission of annual accounts (FRS-105 & FRS-102) and corporation tax returns for limited companies.
• Preparation, review and submission of annual accounts and tax returns for partnerships, LLPs, sole traders and charities.
• Preparation, review and submission of self-assessment tax returns covering property rental income, pensions, dividends and foreign income.
• Preparation, review and submission of VAT returns.
• Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation on Xero and VT.
• Review bookkeeping and other work done by junior accountants.
• Provide training on setting up accounting software (Xero) and implement management accounting services such as budgeting, cash flow forecasts etc.
• Liaise with the clients, Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs on regular basis.
• Part or Qualified ACCA/ACA with strong practice experience.
